- Pick-up Hours: Thursday after 7:45 PM or Friday after 6:45 PM
- After your piñata is completed, we will send you a ready-for-pickup email with the time, day, and location. Please bring your confirmation paperwork and I.D. for verification, and be prepared to sign off on pick-up documentation.

- Shipping Time: 5-7 business days to ship after completion.
- All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of the piñata, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Orders are processed within 3-7 BUSINESS days from the day we complete your order then we ship products, depending on your selected shipping option, which takes 1-3 BUSINESS days.
When the shipping label is created you will receive a tracking number via email or text. This does not mean that your order has shipped yet.
Orders are shipped every few days depending on volume of orders.
We cannot ship outside of the United States. Wild Corazon Designs is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items that are marked as delivered.

PICK-UP:
Pick-up orders/sales be done via Website, Instagram, and Facebook DM.
Kingwood, Houston, TX 77339 pickup only. Once payment is received, we will send you a message of the dates and times available to pick up your products.

All sales are final. No Refunds.
Please make sure you put the right address at checkout.
We cannot replace products that were sent to the wrong address on customers part.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, some minor imperfections or inconsistencies may appear. Returns/Exchanges will not be granted in these cases. All sales are final. No Returns. No Exchanges. Wild Corazon Designs is not liable for any damages, lost, or stolen items during shipment.
