- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your piñata is ready for pick-up. Be sure to bring your confirmation paperwork and ID for verification.

- Production Time: 1-2 weeks to create your piñata.
- Shipping: 5-7 business days for delivery once completed.
- All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Orders are processed within 3-7 BUSINESS days from the day we complete your order then we ship products, depending on your selected shipping option, which takes 1-3 BUSINESS days.
When the shipping label is created you will receive a tracking number via email or text. This does not mean that your order has shipped yet.
Orders are shipped every few days depending on volume of orders.
We cannot ship outside of the United States. Wild Corazon Designs is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items that are marked as delivered.

We cannot replace products that were sent to the wrong address on customers part.
